At Malli Craft, we carefully pack every handmade product to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline will be shared on the product page or during order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
• Within India: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available). You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Malli Craft is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged during delivery:
• Take photos of the package before opening it.
• Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, festivals, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
International Shipping
Currently, Malli Craft ships within India only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
